How to Make a Reservation Under COVID-19 Phase 2

As we near opening day this Friday, many of you have asked how to make a pool reservation as required under our Phase 2 operating rules.  The information below will provide you with the information you will need to make a reservation starting tomorrow.

Before a reservation can be made you and your family will need to have a COVID-19 waiver on file.  Only one waiver is required per family.  If you have a live-in nanny/au-pair/caretaker they may need to submit their own. Waivers are available now (www.foxhuntswimclub.org/COVID19-Waiver).

Once you submit the waiver you will be sent the password to access the reservation page (www.foxhuntswimclub.org/reservation) which will be included in your confirmation email.  You can also find this page on our main website www.foxhuntswimclub.org under the tab Operations -> Pool Reservations

The reservation page will list all the swim days currently available.  It will also list the date and time the sign up will open.  Currently sign ups will open three days in advance.  The first sign up is scheduled to open tomorrow 6/17 @ 8AM for a swim day of Friday 6/19 & Saturday 6/20.

For each slot you sign up for, a unique family member must be listed.  For example if you have a family of four, then you will need to reserve a total of (4) slots.  These can be a mix of lap lanes, shallow end, diving boards and deck space.  Each slot will need to have a name assigned to it.

Since our lifeguards are unable to view the reservations in real time you will need to bring your confirmation email either printed or on your mobile device for admittance into the club.

For detailed instructions on making a reservation you can go to www.foxhuntswimclub.org/reservation-instructions for a detailed reservation walkthrough.
