We are preparing for another great summer at Fox Hunt and hope that you will join us this year. We are offering all prospective members the choice of becoming Associate members or Permanent members. This option is available until we fill our open permanent slots.

Annual dues for an Associate membership is $385 plus a $10 application fee (first year only). Associate members have full access to all of the pool's facilities and programs. Once we reach the number permitted by our Fairfax County operating license we cannot accept additional members.

PERMANENT MEMBERSHIP OFFER: The advantage of permanent membership is lower annual dues (currently $90 less per year). In addition, permanent members are guaranteed pool memberships each year if dues are paid by March 5. Becoming a permanent member/owner requires payment of a $590 bond, which is redeemable when you resign your membership. The board has approved two options for buying the bond:

1. Pay the entire $895, which includes $295 annual dues, the $590 bond, and the $10 application fee.

2. Make an initial payment of $510.00 (which includes Permanent Membership dues of $295.00, a $10.00 application fee, a $50.00 installment fee and a $155.00 payment towards the $590.00 bond). All fees must be paid in full by August 15. If the total bond is not paid by August 15 or if monthly payments are not made, membership will be converted to associate status and amounts over $395 will not be refunded.

Monthly bills will not be sent to families who choose the installment option. If you wish to become a permanent member please fill out and send in the Membership Application with your initial payment. Regardless of whether a permanent or associate membership best suits your needs, we're confident that you and our family will enjoy themselves at the pool or on the courts.

We ask for help in running and maintaining the pool. Please remember that we are a non-profit club run for and by its members. In order to provide facilities and activities for the club members and keep dues at a reasonable rate, we depend on volunteers to do some maintenance and help organize events. All members are asked to indicate on the enclosed response a committee to which they can volunteer some time. Lack of volunteers results in fewer activities and increased maintenance costs, requiring higher dues. So please volunteer for a committee.

A club newsletter will be mailed to all members in April and will also be available at the clubhouse. Swim and tennis team sign-ups begin in May and are ongoing thereafter.
